A boy throw puppy from 20 feet and his father recored it on phone

A video of a 7-year-old boy hurling a stray puppy from a basement ramp of a Gaur City 2 society to the ground 20ft below triggered outrage and sparked another conflict that saw residents of the apartment complex allegedly assault a woman who feeds strays.

Police said preliminary investigation suggests the boy’s father, who is seen in the clip standing metres away and looking on as his child throws the puppy, captured the video and circulated it on social media.
