Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone starrer Fighter, directed by Siddharth Anand, made a dazzling entry into the box office, crossing the coveted Rs 100 crore mark within its first four days of release.
However, the movie has nosedived on Monday, raising concerns about the film’s sustainability at the box office in the upcoming days.
Fighter is set to earn Rs 8 crore on day 5, bringing its total collection to Rs 126.50 crore. Released on January 25, Fighter experienced a steady opening weekend, benefitting from the extended Republic Day holiday. The film garnered mixed reviews from both critics and audiences, but its patriotic theme and the on-screen chemistry between Hrithik and Deepika proved to be a crowd-puller.
