After reaching Akhtar Noorani sweet shop near Minara Masjid, Munawar Faruqui’s fans gathered to get a glimpse of him, but the atmosphere at the place turned sour when some people started throwing eggs at the comedian.
According to the report of the website Free Press Journal, the owner of the sweet shop, Akhtar Noorani, has lodged a complaint with the Pydhoni police. In her complaint to the Pydhoni police, she alleged that the owner of a rival shop and some people who were creating chaos were angry as to why Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui had not visited their shop. Due to this, eggs started being thrown at Farooq. In this case, the police officers have registered a case against the hotel owner accused of throwing eggs and given a notice.
