Bangladesh fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman departed from the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) camp due to his national commitments after delivering one of his best performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024).
Rahman, a part of CSK’s pace attack in the IPL 2024, scalped 14 wickets in the nine matches at an average of 22.71. He registered his best bowling figures of 4/29 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in this season.
The Bangladesh star credited former CSK captain MS Dhoni for sharing valuable tips in the dressing room which helped him to improve his game. In a picture shared on his official X account, Rahman was seen posing with Dhoni, along with his signed jersey.
